  2. All-Season 35–55°F Midweight knit or light cushioning. Everyday wear, three seasons.
  3. Cold-Weather 10–35°F Terry-lined foot or thick knit. Winter days, boots and hikes.
  4. Extreme Cold Below 10°F Terry lining from cuff to toe or our heaviest knit. Long hours in deep cold.

Softness

  1. Smooth Snug performance or compression knit. Sleek, supportive and durable.
  2. Soft Classic alpaca blend with a flat knit. Soft and itch-free.
  3. Extra Soft Baby alpaca blend or a plush terry interior.
  4. Cloud Soft Full terry, baby alpaca lounge knits or hand-knit 100% alpaca. Our softest.

These knee-high tube socks are knitted on traditional mechanical machines and hand-finished at the heel and toe, the way socks used to be made before everything got mass-produced. The deep ribbed calf keeps them snug and in place, whether you're pulling on boots or curling up on the couch. Made from a soft baby alpaca blend, they breathe better than synthetic socks — warm when it's cold, cool as the day heats up, and naturally hypoallergenic on top of it. A heritage-inspired sock that proves real craftsmanship never really goes out of style.

"I work in a "cold room" and after many tries to keep my feet warm, your socks were the best at warmth. I learned from experience that natural fibers warm the best. The Alpaca fiber, I find, keeps my elderly toes quite warm. They're better than the $35.00 cashmere socks I wore. They are well made and stand up to near constant wear. Wash as instructions say and you'll be happy too.!"
