Shipping, Returns & Information

Free USA Shipping on orders >$69.99

Free shipping is for ALL PRODUCTS that are to be shipped within the continental 48 states only. Free shipping is 5-7 business days. Additional charges and extended delivery times apply to all orders shipped to countries other than the USA, or to Alaska and Hawaii. We reserve the right to select the carrier of our choice for FREE shipping. If you have a preferred carrier please contact us and we can make arrangements for your request. Up-charges may apply for specific carriers. 

We are happy to provide Free Shipping where applicable to one address. Subsequent address will be charged $7.95 per address for shipments over and above one address even if no cost is shown on your order confirmation. We will amend your order with the shipping fees and contact you for payment. We do not keep credit card numbers on file and no charge will be assessed without consent. Shipping and tracking numbers will be provided following payment for additional delivery addresses.

Warrior Alpaca Socks is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. You may opt out of this service upon checkout, and choose to self insure your delivery.

We have checked ROUTE for you, to protect your shipment, however if you don't wish to use the ROUTE service, simply uncheck it in your shopping cart. Unfortunately we can not credit this service once your order has been placed. Please reach out to us before completing your order should you have any questions or concerns. 

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you choose to return your purchase, ROUTE shipping insurance, if selected will not be refunded as it is a discretionary add-on service which is completed with the delivery of your shipment to your requested delivery address.

Shipping

WARRIOR ALPACA SOCKS products' are packaged and shipped from Pennsylvania. We make every effort to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped promptly.

Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via USPS, FedEx and or UPS. Orders typically ship the same day if received by 1 pm Eastern Time, but may ship in as many as 2-3 days. Standard delivery is made via USPS and normally takes 5-7 business days. Overnight shipping requests are not guaranteed to ship the same day as placed.

We will ship In Stock merchandise within 2 to 3 days from the date of order. Sales will be billed at the time of order. Sale items are  non returnable and are final sale. (These clearly show a SALE price. This does not pertain to online promotions or purchases made with a discount code.) 

All items shipped to a CA address are subject to sales tax. 

All shipping address must be to a physical address. We cannot ship via FedEx or UPS to a PO Box. For orders showing a PO BOX “ship to” address your order will ship via USPS and may incur delays.

Please consider adding ROUTE to your order. This service gives you complete transparency as to where your order is and when it will arrive. Missing packages can be claimed by you through ROUTE. Warrior Alpaca Socks makes every attempt to get your items to you without issue however once it leaves our warehouse we can not be responsible for problems that may occur. By purchasing Route Assurance you are protected. Warrior Alpaca Socks will provide any information you may need to assist with a claim, however we do not file claims for missing packages. By not purchasing ROUTE you are self insuring your delivery.

Please do not refuse packages for any reason, as your account may incur additional charges. Should you have changed your mind between the time of order and the time you shipment arrives, please follow our RETURN POLICY steps.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error is our fault. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

This shipping policy pertains to customers located in the United States and Canada only.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight) at your expense. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization received by 12:00 a.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Every attempt will be made to ship Expedited Orders placed before 12:00 a.m. EST on non-holiday business days on the same day, however we can not guarantee this service especially during peak or holiday season.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the 48 Contiguous United States. 

Orders shipped to countries other than the USA will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority (USPS), regardless of the method chosen. Fees charged may be greater than the amount shown on the label as they include the additional shipping fees for handling and paperwork. Longer shipping times may apply. Tracking my not be available once package is outside the US border.

Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and USPS shall charge any charges of duty, customs, brokerage or other fees associated with an international order separately. Refusal of package will result in complete loss of purchase price, as items are not returned to us from countries outside the US.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and address verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.  

Express Shipping from Dec 14th –through Dec 24th - USPS, FedEx & UPS do not guarantee Express Delivery for this timeframe. Any delivery failure will not be the responsibility of Warrior Alpaca Socks or its parent Inca Brands, as we make every effort to ship timely for the holidays.

While Warrior Alpaca Socks works to assure prompt shipment of your order, various factors can impact the carrier's ability to deliver within the expected time frame, including: your location, weather, the carrier, holidays, and other unforeseen events including pandemics that may delay shipping time. Once your package is out of our warehouse we can not be responsible for carrier delays, incorrect deliveries or lost packages. Warrior Alpaca Socks or their parent company Inca Brands, Inc. will not be liable for any shipping delays by these carriers at any time.

Refunds for shipping, due to missed delivery dates will not be issued. Please select ROUTE shipping insurance if you are bound to a specific shipping deadline.

Product Pricing

The price of some products is subject to change, depending on the size of the item selected. Larger sized products may have an increased cost. The cost for these items is always displayed on the product page when the item options are chosen.

Shipping and Tax Cost

Final shipping and tax costs may vary based on purchaser's location and/or shipping method and delivery address. During checkout, you can estimate your shipping and tax costs prior to checkout. Just view your cart and enter your shipping zip code for a complete estimate.

Address Change

Please double check both billing and ship to addresses prior to check out. We ship to the address exactly as provided which will show on your order confirmation. We are happy to make changes to your shipping or billing address PRIOR to shipping. Once items have shipped a $15.00 change of address fee will apply if we are able to redirect your package. This fee covers the cost passed onto us by our shipping providers. Changes will be made following payment for change of address. Redirection is not always available.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing /Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a fee per item. Please contact us directly if you would like your items boxed or wrapped together. Boxing/Wrapping charges are added to the price of the product, but are not eligible for refund should your order be returned. Requests for gift wrapping, boxes or cards will only be honored with payment.

Please be as specific as possible to insure we represent your wishes clearly. Please specify any requirements, such as Birthday, New Baby, or Holiday in the comments or card section.

A gift message is always available by putting it into the comments section of your order.

Order Cancellation Policies

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once an order is placed and credit card approval is made, which happens within 30 minutes of receiving your order, we are unable to cancel it.

Warranties

We are so confident in our products that if for any reason, you don't like an item, you may return it for a full refund, shipping surcharges may apply. All terms of our "Return Policies" apply. 

Design Rights / Photographs

Inca Brands, Inc is the parent company of Warrior Alpaca Socks. All designs, text, photographs and imagery are proprietary of Inca Brands, and subject to intellectual property rights. Infringement on these rights will not be tolerated. 

Due to the our design rights, if used in any type of production (film, theater, photography, etc.) a licensing fee and/or a restocking fee for returns will apply. 

Our items are not available for photographic reproduction without express written content, nor are they available for use and return.
