At Warrior Alpaca Socks, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the following shipping and return details before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Please note that during high-volume times, such as the holiday season, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience unforeseen delays due to weather, increased volume, or other factors beyond our control.

You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

  • Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will typically ship within 24 hours


Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday shopping periods, order processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We are committed to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible, but we recommend reviewing our Holiday Shipping page for key shipping deadlines and tips for timely delivery.


Returns & Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

We inspect all items before they are shipped. If you notice any damage or defects when your package arrives, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Please note: Items ending in .98, marked Final Sale, or found on our Final Sale page are not eligible for return or exchange.


Optional Shipping Insurance

We’ve partnered with Route to offer optional shipping protection for your order. This service covers your package against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.

If you choose to add Route Shipping Insurance at checkout, your order is fully protected. If you decline this coverage, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are with the carrier.
