Do these socks shrink in the wash?
Hi! Your Warrior Alpaca Socks will not dramatically shrink if cared for properly. They are built to be durable and washable. However, some slight shrinkage is possible if exposed to high heat or improper washing/drying. Because most Warrior Alpaca Socks are blended (e.g., 100% alpaca + acrylic + nylon) rather than 100 % alpaca without any other fibers, the risk of significant shrinkage is much lower. • If you wash them in cool (cold) water and air dry (lay flat), you should see little to no shrinkage. • If you use hot water, a high‐heat dryer, or agitate them heavily, you risk some shrinkage (or changes in shape/texture). To keep your Warrior Alpaca Socks looking and fitting their best be sure to machine wash on a cold/wool cycle or hand‐wash in cool water (max ~85 °F / 27 °C). - The Warrior Alpaca Sock Team
