Odor resistance Best Naturally antimicrobial, stays fresh in boots Good Resists odor well Poor Traps odor after a day of wear
Itch-free softness Best Smooth fiber scales, no prickle Good Soft, though some feel a prickle Good Soft and itch-free
Sensitive skin Best Lanolin-free and hypoallergenic Fair Contains lanolin, which can irritate Good Gentle on most skin

Reviews

I bought these socks for

"I bought these socks for my daughter. She loves the soft comfortable feel of the socks. She wears a size ten shoe, so I ordered a size large. Unfortunately, she can only use the socks for lounging. She can't wear them for daily wear because they are slightly oversized. I think that a size medium would be a better size for her foot. She does wear the socks at home every day after she comes home from work."

Q&A

I previously purchased wide calf alpaca socks. My question is how much thicker, and warmer are the foot bottoms of the wide calf alpaca terry lined socks than socks without lining? I would like more warmth but not by sacrificing the fit.
Hi! The regular socks without the lining are standard sock weight. The lining increase the volume of the knit however, because it is a terry lining, it compacts within your shoe and doesn’t make your shoes fit tightly. The lining is the same as our Outdoor Alpaca Socks if you are familiar with those. Feel free to take a spin through the reviews to gain more insight. They are a super cozy, not-to-thick type of sock. Additionally, if you don’t like them we offer 30 day returns of gently tried on socks so you aren’t locked in. I hope this helps!
